“I began a coaching relationship with Jo Ann, because I wanted to go further in my personal and professional development. I had already invested a lot in this myself, and had a really good job in the field of human resources, a wonderful husband, and two young children. I also had a lot of self-doubt, and knew that I wasn’t enjoying my life or realizing my potential as much as I could be. I was frustrated that everything felt so hard and that I was always so exhausted. As I near the end of my six-month coaching relationship with Jo Ann, I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results I’m seeing in my life and in my relationships. I contribute at a higher level at work, and have grown with more and more leadership opportunities. I’m learning so much about myself, discovering what I need to be at my best and connecting much more deeply with who I am and what I want. I’m expanding in other areas of interest as well, like teaching yoga, and am learning that the possibilities for healing and growth are truly endless.
